I get the message : You say to you " "I can see your intentions are pure but I must ask you to stop slaying my kin. Please come speak to me within the deep caves in the hive area." I can hail Adelpha, but get nothing I can see no matter where I stand or how I move the camera. SOE give no help at all even with it being glitchy.

I am having the same problem, I went to Adephala but she is not hail-able.

Try standing directly underneath her and hailing from there.
