eq2 item:Shimmering Carpet of the Citadel  

I noticed that the quest that gives this carpet is listed as "Can no longer be started in game." Does that mean there is no longer any way to get this carpet that teleports you to the Shimmering Citadel? I have a Mistmoore Crags house that is themed around portals (Belenos' House of Portals, Mistmoore Crags, Freeport) and I would love to add one of these carpets! Anyone have any information?
