For the book you need to get from North Freeport, there is a time liimit. You have only 3 minutes after you touch the statue of Lucan D'Lere in Overlord Plaza to run to the Academy of Arcane Science and loot the book on the second floor. Otherwise, you have to go get the illusion again.

got hit by mobs when before i had a chance to follow tofus and now can't find him to get the quest where is he what waypoint. I can't even start the epic weapon quest now with out him.
