Great idea to have bonus exp thru Oct 1, and then do a maintenance disruption on the 29th so folks can't log in to make use of it. Seriously, you could not wait for the end of the week to do maintenance so people could make use of your "gift"?

A week of bonus experience kicks off Friday, September 25, 2015 at 12:01AM Pacific* and will last a full week! This means you have until 11:59PM Pacific on Thursday, October 1, 2015 to fill up those XP bars, and pick up some AAs!
Note: This XP bonus will not be available on progression servers.
As we head into the next expansion, DBG promises to have special promotions for players each week.
Until the launch of the new expansions (read that as Soon ™) there will be something cool – some kind of bonus – for most EverQuest players every day!
This week, DBG kicked off Fall Frenzy with a sale on Heroic Characters at 2500 DB Cash.
This will continue with other daily fun with a Bonus XP Week (TLPs excluded) starting at 12:01AM Friday (tonight) through October 1 at 11:59pm PDT when the next bonus will start (more on that next Friday!).
