Aion's perpetual gankfest is wearing thinFollow

I love Aion for so many reasons, but the one reason that will probably end it for me is the 100% open-ended nonstop gankfest. It is ZERO fun to spend time and energy getting to the area I need and getting to work, only to have someone 10 to 20 levels above me suddenly drop on my head, bend me over, and make me his special friend.

After the tenth time it happened to me today I just had to log off and go play something else. It simply stopped being fun.

The classes are so unbalanced that a Templer like myself has zero chance against almost any class in the game. The Temp's ONLY purpose is PvE Tanking. He has no way to hold onto an opponent long enough to kill him with his low DPS. Because of this, even when the fight is close to even, the Temp still has no chance. It is not even a matter of skill. The Kinah-buyer who can afford the 100% gold-gear with everything max-socketted and enchanted to +10 will rape the honest player every time. It is about the gear, 99% of it.

I am not going to QQ and say that I will never play it again and rage quit. that said,I think I will play something else for a few days (or a week or 10).
