This honestly looks like it might be the best Planet of the Apes so far. Maybe the original will still be better, if a bit dated. But I think I may actually go see this in the theaters, which is rare for me.
It will definitely be better than the last "reimagining".
My mother was a big fan of all the Planet of the Apes movies, and I've seen most of the old ones when I was younger. Even if I can't remember all of them. I did not care for the alternate universe time travelled space monkey origin one they made last time.

I didn't even watch the Marky Mark one, I heard that it was more or less ho-hum.
Just saw the commercial for this yesterday, and I have to say, it looks pretty cool. Not sure if it's something I'll go to the theaters for, however.

Someone needs to call up NASA and suggest it. How long do we have til the shuttle is scheduled to land?

I plan on seeing it. I need a pallet cleanser after the last one. I don't think this one will disappoint.
