Did anyone watch Michael's last day last night? The episode to me seemed like a good way to end the series. Or maybe with one last episode for the office workers. But I believe they are about the jump the shark with the preview for the up coming last 3 episodes of the season. People like Ray Ramano, Ricky Gervais, and Jim Carrey are all supposed to make appearances assuming to be the new boss as I'm sure Will Ferrel isn't staying that long.
They really need to just end the series now.

As awesome as Steve Carell is, I actually think that they have enough talent on paper with the rest of the cast to support an ongoing show. That is, on paper, at least. Just have to keep the writing clever, and try to get back on the comedic track after spending so much time devoted to the character's relationships. But yeah, I suppose I expect the show to begin a noticeable decline, realistically speaking.
Honestly, I could watch a show based entirely on Jim pranking Dwight.

Definitely, that was some of the best parts of the show with Jim and Dwight, but they definitely strayed away from that. But yes, they would have to be really clever in their writing to keep people interested and entertained.

I loved the end where they looked at each other as Will Ferrell lost it and started practically licking the cake.
And I cried like a baby when Pam met him at the airport. :(
