I follow Chuck Gannon who has been nominated for both Hugo and Dragoncon awards. We're friends, after meeting back several years ago, when I won a raffle were he was to write a short story with a character base on me. Funny enough, the New York Times, venerable Paper of Record, had to issue a correction to their correction on this story, because apparently they don't know where Aleppo is either.
