That's when you say "I'm working from home today," check e-mail a couple of times, and watch some PBS kids. Smiley: thumbsup
PBS Kids? Everyone knows sick days are for Price is Right. And Princess Bride, if you're me.

I never could stand Thomas the Tank engine. Those stretched-on faces are creepy, like the facelift in Brazil. When it comes to anthropomorphized trains I prefer the mechanically integrated facial features of Chuggington.

George Carlin was Mr Conductor in the early '90s, so that alone makes it better.

Also started as one of those absolutely horrible 80s BBC shows for some cross thread shenanigans.

As a Beatles fan I am partial to the ones that Ringo Starr was Mr Conductor in also. Carlin was better, but I still swoon at the slight of one of the Fab Four.

Way back in the early-mid 90s when I was working Master Control for a TV station, we broadcast the Carlin/Starr Thomas episodes. As far as children's programming went, it beat the hell out of playing Barney (which was also on my roster).

My little sister was obsessed with Barney, so I'm inclined to hate you for those torturous years.
