Urban Dictionary never seems to have a good answer for anything, usually. But then, you can smash your face into your keyboard on Google and it'll always lead to some link on there. I'm almost positive they just randomly generate answers to randomly generated words.

I'd be surprised if it were still possible for Mr. Winky to exist in this realm-- given the trend I've been seeing lately of internet forums disallowing animated user icons, and seeing Zam in the state it is in might be no exception.
