This place is about to become an even bigger ghost town than it already is, so I'll just wish whoever ends up showing up accidentally a less-than-stressful whatever denomination you lean towards holiday and a safe New Years and such. We're actually planning to be low key, just the three of us for the most part, except to travel to the grandparents on Christmas for a few hours. Then for New Years we're gonna gather the friends and actually let the little one stay up for the first time, and maybe give her a sip of wine at midnight. Probably watch that nightmare that's going to ruin Military Island and ball drop. Seriously, I don't know why anyone would want to be there. Cold, crowded, and Jenny McCarthy lurks around the corner threatening to touch you.
