Trying to cancel but 'no contact' emails workFollow

I have been trying to get a billing reversed and my decades old account, as well as a new one I created while trying to get in touch with you, ended (canceled or banned or whatever you do) but your emails (theose customers are supposed to send emails toaccording to this web site) do not work. Your site only sends the emails to my Zam email account.

Have you tried accounts@zam.com ?
