Regain for WhmFollow

Hey, I had a really cool idea: Since Red Mages have Refresh and Convert it kind of sucks that they get more invites than we do. So how about us White Mages get this spell:

Regain
Whm Lv.41
Mp Cost: 40
Element: Light
Magic Skill: Enhancing Magic

Casting time: 5 seconds
Recast time: 18 seconds

This would be like Refresh except you get 2 Tp/tick for two and half minutes, for a total of 100%. This gives people more Weaponskills to use, and thus causes more damage, and then end fights faster. This in turn saves MP usage because monsters won't have time to cause damage.

This also essentially means that White Mages will have more use in BCNMs and other such events, so you see less of "White mage is useless for <insert profitable activity here>".

Also note, this will also allow White Mages to make use of Moonlight and Spirit Taker more often. Thus allowing a whm to act as an impromptu Refresher. At my level, you get 21 something Mp to the entire party. Even if you never melee at all, you would get to use Moonlight 4 times every 10 minutes. Meaning at level 63 with capped Club skill, you would restore 82 mp to the entire party every 10 minutes, or 8.2 a minute. It's not on the line of Auto-Refresh, but this is the ENTIRE PARTY, which means 49.2 Mp a minute if everyone had an Mp gauge.

This will also make it easier for whms to solo, without the need for /nin sub or Hexa Stike(which means farming as a whm will be made a little easier).

If you have a bard in the party, he can replace on of your ballads with a Mind+ Etude(or a Int+ Etude if using /blm or /rdm) enfeebles. Which makes it a bit better because we have a C something Enfeebling Magic skill.

Some difficulties I would forsee:

Using Moonlight requires the use of a Club skill, which mean's you cannot use an Light/Apollo's Staff or a Healing/Dryad staff. Even if Cure Potency is a priority, Regain can still be useful if cast on melee(which would be it's primary purpose). The Whm in question would have to time the use with her Mp consumption so she does not lose Tp changing weapons.

The Regain/Moonlight combo could be abused if all of the party's mages had clubs, as doubling or tripling the Moonlight might be somewhat broken and might replace Red Mages and/or Bards entirely. Although Red Mages would still be A+ on enfeebles, and Bards have other songs other than Ballad. This would definately be broken in manaburn parties.

White Mages not LFP might get sick of constant unwanted invites from TP burn parties. XD

Also a good Merit Abiltiy related to Regain:

Fury Brand
White Mage 75(Merit Ability)
Recast Time: 20 minutes
Each additional Merit: -2:30(minimum duration 15 minutes)

25% of current Hp is converted to targets Tp as a 2:1 ratio. For example a White Mage with 800 Hp converts 200 Hp into 100 Tp. So it's like gaining the effect of a Icarus/Dadelus Wing every 3-4 times and hour. If you could use this ability on yourself, you could actually Self-Skillchain and Magic Burt using Transfixion/Fusion with Hexa Strike or Randgrith.

Sooo whats the use of meditate then if a whm can cast it on any melee this gimps both rdm/brd and Sam or /sam. The spell is far too powerful to be implemented
