Nice. I been summoning more on my other characters just because it's nice and chill and I basically just like leveling new builds. Currently dinking around on a assassin that I respecced to be pure sorc once I had enough spare points to make it work. Slowing down some though starting to think I may need a new game to hold my interest soon.

Well if you hadn't started so many alts at one time you probably wouldn't have burned out.

Well then, I suggest getting Doom and going through the Campaign on Ultra Violence without dying even once.

WRONG! Burnt out already. New Survival mode is annoying when you do the entire concord quest line and get one shot to a 90 percent dead deathclaw three times while in power armor. That's like 45 minutes from the last bed in red rooster. Yeah **** that.

Will set it to very hard so I can actually save after I do 45 minutes of non challenging rote gameplay before I get to the stupid dice toss. Might even just bust out one of my OP OG toons instead of starting a new one just to see the new stuff. I heard its 30-40 hours of content anyway but I suspect they are all too high level and will power through it at boring level.

Happy Mediums people. Also yeah Dark Souls and stuff.

Hitler and Celene together again as should be. I'm super addictded to Fo 4 survival mode now of course. Souls is great training for masochism and barely surviving the easiest of missions is the BEST.

Have a cat.

Shao. Finish yet?

I just bought a bunch of Steam games but I have this temptation to get the DLC for Bloodborne. Old Hunters or something. I heard it's pretty good.

Just got my deposit remainder last night. They ****** us out of $200, which I'm going to have to fight in order to have enough to get a PS4. Otherwise, I should be able to save up enough to cover remainder by next month thanks to holiday pay on the 4th. Hopefully.

In case you're curious, the itemized list has a charge for $200 for "damage to carpet in living room and bedroom". Further down, it reads, "Keep in mind we did not charge you the cost of replacing the carpet that was ruined in the living room and one of the bedrooms." Smiley: dubious

The carpet was 12 years old and they were due to replace it anyway is why they weren't charging us, so I'm really ******* lost as to the reason for the charge. Gonna call in about twenty minutes and try to figure this **** out.

Edit: Smiley: motz
They rushed to rent it out again and decided to charge us for another cleaning on the carpet rather than replacing it.

Edit:

What a bunch of bastards! I think there may be a law they can't charge you to replace carpet after 6 years. It just needs to be replaced at that point. Not a lawyer though so YMMV.

Half way tempted to just start a new BB character with the idea of prepping to focus on one of the new DLC weapons. I should at leazst play Tomb Raider and MGS V first though so they don't rot in my collection and go on a bigger sale by fall before I even play them. Smiley: lol

I have two bosses left before I finish, but work has got me too tired to play. I'm going to try this weekend and then probably go for the Platinum.

Woot! Got my PS4. Now I just need to wait until my buddy next comes to visit to get the DS3 hookup. Smiley: grin

Also, Bloodborne w/ Old Hunters. And probably some other stuff too. In exchange, I can loan him Uncharted 4, which came with the PS4 I bought.

Started up yesterday(after I should have gone to bed, but that's a whole other thing). Rolled a pyro as someone else suggested to start. Died on the first boss once thanks to some putz game dev deciding that the left hand was where the flame should start. Smiley: tongue

Played up til I reached Firelink. Gotta post the next chapter of my story, make breakfast(watch some anime while I eat), then more playin'.

On a side note, we ended up having to make my PS4 my buddy's main PS4 and make his my main in order to get the game sharing thing working properly. Was kinda weird. In the old days(PS3), you could just have two main systems.

I think we can do password based co-op with no level restrictions, so if you let me know if you're planning a Dex or Str based pyro build I can give you a few weapons early. Also remember that Fire is evenly influenced by Int/Fth, so try to keep it balanced as well.

I too am on the PS4 for DS3... Could rock and sock some undeadbots. Glad to hear you got it Pol and yes pyro is a very solid starter, access to all early utility spells and once you get GCF well sir, you will burn them. You will burn them all.

I bought the expansion for Bloodborne as well. Then I decided i was way to rusty so I rolled a fresh toon to re-acclimate. Then I went on a Diablo 3 bender and leveled both a monk and Barb to 70 since I did not have those toons leveled. Barb is now T10 and Monk is T6 eith only a 2 piece set bonus so far. O.o

I did research on that before I rolled the character, and actually, the Int/Fth thing functions like Fire in DS2 and not Dark(I was worried it'd be like the latter), so it's (Int+Fth)/2 instead of being based on the lowest of the two(which was a stupid setup). At least early on, it really only matters that I have points in one or the other, not so much which I put points in. The upside being that if I want to meet minimum requirements on utility sorc or miracles, I'll be good to go while still upping my fire damage. Smiley: grin

Took out the Boreal knight dude in the walls area. Had a minor bit of trouble at first, but deciding to explore some more and finding that 100% reduction shield made a world of difference. As far as mooching some high level stuff, thanks, but I'm gonna try to play without any such boosts. Just what I can find in game.* That said, I'm thinking of dropping my sign in front of the boreal knight room to see if anyone wants some Jolly Cooperation so I can farm enough souls to buy the tower key. Buddy told me there's another flask shard up there and I wants it.

Srsly love that they got rid of that stupid *** soul memory system. That thing was dildos.

*Nonetheless, if you wanna add me as a friend, my PSN username is just Poldaran. Unless they added weirdness to the names for PS4 that wasn't there on PS3.

Be careful as you may get summoned for the Dancer fight instead. Sort of like DS2 when you put sign down for Dragonrider and someone grabs you for Dragonslayer instead.

It may be faster to get a ranged weapon and use the dragon near the second bonfire to farm souls. Like in the video but you don't need to run down the long path to trigger the second fire breath. Just stand behind the wall next to the top of the stairs..
