Spell UpdateFollow

We will be running a spell update hopefully early next week, depending on when ZAM can get to my checklist of things to change. I had to do some updates to the spell parser that ran into today and it requires some database changes as well. No one will be around at ZAM to correct this if something goes wrong over the weekend so that's why we're waiting.

I think spell items are all pretty much up to date in the item database. The only thing that is being updated for spell items is the id tag.

The spell update I'm talking about is from the game itself via the spell_us.txt and strings file that gets updates every patch.
