Hey, I have been away for about 4 or 5 years and was wondering what live servers would be the best to roll a heroic on. I have the most experience in casters so would do that to start. Any ideas would be much appreaciated
Vox is smaller population with some recent influx of AB (euro) transfers.
AB is high pop Euro and has been having major crash issues for a year or so.
Brekt is the odd, newer server with free trade loot. Pop is pretty small.
Trakanon is lower pop, arguably lowest of the regular live servers.
Zek is lower pop and PVP.
FV is the old roleplay server that is really just the free trade & sell old raid loots server. Population is decent, some other quirks to the ruleset. People that like it tend to like it a lot.
Among the rest of the live servers they are all pretty good for population during primetime, especially in guilds. Drinal, Cazic Thule and Povar seem to be mentioned a lot for having good population, though I am sure others are fine.
I don't think you can heroic on any of the progression servers at the moment excepty maybe Fippy. Fippy is really one dedicated guild pushing unlocks and a small pop that is happy there. Vulak is stuck at SoD and low, low pop. Ragefire/Lockjaw are 6 month unlocks with voting iirc and decent populations. Phinny is huge population on 3 month unlocks. Agnarr is big pop right now, but locks in era at LDoN so won't ever get to 85.
I've probably missed some, but others can chime in. I find logging into a server and checking the baz when I want to mostly play helps me decide if there is enough population.
