If SoE wants to give me a real "GIFT". Update servers so we can zone and log in FAST !!!!....Wonder if that would help population increase and word of mouth advertisement to enhance game??? Would make me ho Ho HO...and we are not talking Hostess.

Come visit my housing creations 20+ in Cedar Country Meadows, ZEK.
If SOE did that, I'd come back full-time, instead of just on Tuesdays, as that's one of the major factors where they've lost me to WoW. So much waiting for zones to load, and so much lag.
Best gift they could give me would be to update and fix ALL the old quests so that they work, give xp comparable to modern quests and zones, and create the possibility of playing through the game, doing quests, outside of TSS, or add new, modern quests to the old zones, so that we can enjoy playing in the original world and make the game a little more interesting for newcomers.

Well the promotion was 2X station cash.... always nice but SoE just came off 3X. IMO 2X is not as big of deal especially so close to 3X. Rare Spawn or even 3 times experience would have been great for one day. Encourage your loyal patrons to stay and play (keeping population up) instead of traveling into the masses of Black Friday
As a marketing aspect would of it been better to come out with these to be named special items, letting players pay for the discounted item with full price station cash?
