The Sentinel was an airship originally built by the Erudin Erudites and used to haul large amounts of cargo overland. When the Void intruded into Odus, it was abandoned. The Paineel Erudites claimed the airship and re-worked it for their own purposes. It then became known as The Vigilant, as it watched over and protected the city.

In the Vigilant

Once in the ship, you'll proceed directly north toward the large column of light, and go around it and up the ramps. Be careful as you travel, as the Erudites in all their learning seemed to miss the concept of handrails and there are several places you can fall out of the ship. The falls aren't lethal but they'll return you to the start. Tallonites will appear as you approach different areas, so go slowly to prevent adds. Tallonite Ahmans in particular have at least one ability to drain all power from their target, and others can also hit for a huge percentage of health, so if you're going solo be sure of your power needs for different abilities. Once you're up the first ramps, step into the large rune at -6, 28,32 to transport to the Transport Hall. Clear it, and then proceed down either hallway. Scroll cases for Swiping Scrolls are found in each hallway. Go to the end of either hall and stand in the rune, and you'll be thrown upward to another rune. Exit to the Navigation Bridge and you'll fight several waves of Tallonites culminating in Zonn Kogir. Kill him and then go up the ramps along the sides to the navigation controls at 1,108,83 to complete Crash Course. There's a rune at the back of the bottom level of the Navigation Bridge (between the two entrance halls) that transports you to the Engine Core. Avoid it unless you have a way to exit, because there's no way to exit unless you teleport or die. Note that the Tallonites' knockbacks can throw players into that rune, so position accordingly during the fights. I've also found no mundane way to return to the entrance once you're in the Navigation Bridge, so bring an evac of some kind.
