This special zone was created for Nights of the Dead events. You can enter this zone by speaking to a Gigglegibber Scalper in North Qeynos at the Ironforge Estate or in West Freeport inside the Freeport Reserve (bank) to purchase an access ticket and accept the quest "The Haunting".
Inside this zone you will complete the quest The Haunting.
