The Serpent's Lair  

Doing this all from memory, but I just cleared this room this week and I will again, will get better info. Cleared it with a 32 Bruiser and a 32 Fury, could easily be done by a group of 25's.

Enter into a square room with pillars. Water in the center of the room. A group of gnomes on one side, giving rude gestures to a group of ratonga on the other side. Gnomes are led by 'A crazed Architect' + 5 'a crazed builder'. Arch is approx level 25. Builders, at least 22. Rats are led by 'a Murkwater Kingpin' + 5 'a Murkwater thief'. Same level ranges at the gnomes.

When both parties are dead, a snake named Putrid will spawn and roam around the edge of the water. Putrid has 4 'Putrid's broodling' in the center, static. All aggro when any are pulled. Putrid is approx 26^^^, broodlings approx 23. Putrid will drop 'an ornate chest' containing loot. First win was a Master book + a ring. Second win was the same ring. Most likely has more on the loot table, just got unlucky with the drops.
