Island of the Xythus
This zone's map is identical to Palace of Ferzhul. The entrance is the same door, as well. Click on the door to "Palace of the Ancient One". You will then see a dialog box to choose the instance: Palace of Ferzhul, or Palace of the Ancient One.
Trash mobs are not connected and you can bow shot them while they are together. Clear all of the a void ripper within the first floor before attack the first set of named.
