I got too close to Remmy and was tossed back by Slambot and then they disappeared. I waited a good half hour for them to reappear, which they didn't. So you're better off just deleting the quest and picking it back up than waiting for them to come back.

The first step is to use the T.C.P. on Fulgation while he commands his guardian (Slambot) to get something.

Remmy can be found at -785, 92, 1321 . I stood a little bit away from him and targeted Remmy, then used the Terra-Cog Phonulator that was in my inventory. Every time I used it Remmy would say something new, until I finally got a recording of him saying a command to his guardian.

Next you use the Sympho-Recalibrator in your inventory to alter Remmy's command.

Then target Remmy and use the T.C.P. once more so that the guardian will kill Remmy. Right-click on Remmy's body and select "Take Stolen Information".

Return to Klipp Plaxiphone for your reward.

Klipp Plaxiphone wants me to recover the data that Remmy Fulgation stole. I am to record his voice using the T.C.P. and then recalibrate it using the Sympho-Recalibrator. At that point I can use the T.C.P. again and it should turn Remmy's guardian against him. I can find Remmy between the Dragonscale Hills and the Steamfont Wetlands.

Stage 1

I need to retrieve the data that Remmy stole.

Start:	I need to use the T.C.P. on Fulgation while he commands his guardian to "get" something.
Complete:	I have recorded Fulgation telling his guardian to "get" something.

Start:	I need to use the Sympho-Recalibrator to alter what Fulgation said.
Complete:	I have reconfigured Fulgation's voice.

Start:	I need to use the T.C.P. on Fulgation to turn his guardian against him.
Complete:	Fulgation has been taken out.

Start:	I need to acquire Fulgation's findings.
Complete:	I have acquired Fulgation's findings.

Start:	I must return to Klipp Plaxiphone at Gnomeland Security Headquarters.
Complete:	I have spoken with Klipp Plaxiphone.

I have retrieved the stolen data.

I have returned the stolen data. Klipp Plaxiphone was very pleased, but has asked me to keep this information confidential.
