The book is located on the right side of the door as your going into Seblis. Seblis is located on Outer Seblis are of Kunzar Jungle. You will see a chest there to the right as your moving towards the door behind the guardians. You can invis up there if you want and harvest without getting the attention of the guardian.

Lore and Legend quests are started by examining a special book or examining the first body part you find for that race. Either way, you will not get auto updates until you have the quest. The book for this Lore and Legend quest is "Atrebe's Sniveling Children". This book can be found outside Sebilis on the right side of the door as you are going into Sebilis, at -590,-100,983 .
The quest requires you to kill Di'Zok for the auto-updates and body parts (which must be examined). Body parts are also tradeable, so check the broker!

When you have found and/or examined the last part the quest will auto-complete and you will receive:
- Atrebe's Sniveling Children - A book you can place in your home.
- Trophy: Sarnak Fanged Blade - A trophy to hang on the wall of your house
- Your Master Strike, Smite or Rage skill will now affect Di'Zok.
