Now you need to teach the gnolls to cure hides. Anyone else feel strange helping gnolls?

  1. Gather five herbs nearby.
    • They're barren shrubs in the cracks around the camp. There's a big crack down where the battle is, starting around -1046, -533, -2152 . Beware agro!!
    • When you get all five, show them to Ruffin.
  2. Find a recipe for curing solution. Better check with Matthew again.
  3. Matthew has the recipe for 4g, 60s, 80c . You'll want to get your ingredients (except the herbs) before you go back to Ruffin.
  4. Show Ruffin how to make the curing solution using the handy Snowfang Container (looks like a big pot) in front of him.
  5. After you've made the solution, talk to Ruffin.

Shopping List

  • 3 Bitter Herb (harvested during quest)
  • 1 aerated mineral water
  • 1 ethereal coal
