not able to pick up some of the crates...

Was wondering why I can't pick up some of the crates...have 4 of them and the rest I have found, but it keeps telling me that I am too far away to pick up the crates...any help/suggestions would be appreciated....thank you!

Li Ning Ventur tells you how she lost all her posessions when the ship she was on sank. You offer to find them for her.

You must seek out and collect crates on the bed of the ocean. There are eight in total.

The easiest way to find them is to jump off the south side of the docks and swim towards the east end of the beach. You will find one chest in the middle along your way to the beach, then the rest will be along the edge if you swim clockwise around the bay. Be prepared to fight off the sharks (and be sure you have the shark hunting quests before you jump in!)

Li Ning Ventur has asked me to retrieve her belongings from where they sunk into the bay during her flight out of Everfrost. I should search the ocean floor for crates.

Stage 1

I should recover crates full of the Venturs' possessions from the ocean floor.

Start:	I need to retrieve crates of the family's belongings from the ocean floor.
Complete:	I have retrieved crates of the family's belongings from the ocean floor.

I have recovered a number of crates of the Venturs' possessions.

Stage 2

Now that I have recovered a number of these crates, I should return them to Li Ning.

Start:	I need to speak with Li Ning Ventur on Stormedge Isle.
Complete:	I have spoken with Li Ning Ventur on Stormedge Isle.

I have returned the crates to Li Ning.

I have recovered a number of the Venturs' belongings from the ocean floor and returned them to her.
