She is on a platform atop on of the roots above the north side of Firmroot Moot. She is none too willing to surrender her axe and you will, unfortunately, have to kill her to take it.

Though I earned the rank of Swabber, I need to earn the rank of Deckhand to gain access to the Pens. I need to travel to Firmroot Moot and kill one of their higher ups and retrieve her axe.

Stage 1

I need to seek out Beltza Gizzardslurper and retrieve her axe.

Start:	I need to get Beltza Gizzardslurper's axe for the pirates.
Complete:	I have gotten my hands on the axe.

I have gotten my hands on Gizzardsluper's axe.

Stage 2

I should return to Brokenskull Loft and show the axe to Scabby Gabby.

Start:	I need to return with the axe to Scabby Gabby.
Complete:	I have returned the axe to Scabby Gabby.

I have shown the axe to Scabby Gabby.

I have made my mark, one way or the other.
