This quest is only available to Humans.

Speak to Derald Walldons at -85, -7, 193 on Overlord's Perch in South Freeport to begin this quest.

Go to Scale Yard: Traitors' End in South Freeport at -65, -25, 286 .
Seek out 3 dissident recruiters. These are triggered spawns as you run around Scale Yard.
Return to Derald.
Go to the jail in the Freeport Militia House and speak to a captured dissident at 150, -26, 152 .

This NPC was very difficult to target. We had to stand near the jail door at 156, -26, 147 before we could finally interact with her. This may be fixed between beta and live.

Go to -160, -59, -198 in North Freeport and click on the door on the wall to enter the hideout.
Kill Aldran Millhouden and his two bodyguards.
Return to Derald in Freeport to complete the quest.

Evidently, several of the traitors that I turned in spoke of recruiters for their cause within Beggar's Court. If Freeport is to remain free of this kind of dissent, then these recruiters need to be stopped before they begin another civil war within our walls. To protect Freeport, I must make sure these dissenters are stopped.

Stage 1

I will need to enter the Scale Yard, and silence the recruiters I find within the prison.

Start:	Seek out the recruiters in the Scale Yard.

Start:	Return to Return Derald Walldons, and report my success in the Scale Yard.

Start:	I should visit the captured dissident in the Freeport jail, and find out the location of the hideout.
Complete:

Start:	I should enter the hideout of the dissenters.

Start:	Defeat the dissenter leaders.

Start:	Return to Derald Walldons in Freeport to report your success.

I was able to silence the recruiters I found in the Scale Yard.

I was able to put an end to the cell of traitors I discovered in the city. Although this one is now silenced, there will certainly be others that rise up to fill that void, and will also need to be dealt with in the same manner - this kind of dissent cannot be allowed to flourish in our city. We must always be vigilant.
