Fists of Furious Ferocity  

Got 9 G 24 S and a choice of bracer for reward to be precise.

This quest is initiated by talking to Jen at the Cave of Knowledge entrance. He'll tell you that he's one of the best fighter in the world of Norrath but his problem is that only his legs have power. One of his disciples found his fault and kicked him in the shins and he was not able to parry his bloxs because his arms are too slow.Now he's got a good recipe for cuffs that would help him a lot but it has been lost. If you retrieve it for him, he'll be able to make some powerful cuffs for himself and for you (in fact you get bracelets in the end).
Actually, the recipe is in a chest whose key has been stolen from him by a dissident disciple. Go and kill a Dissident Disciple (level 58-59^^^) to get the update for the key. Then, find the chest which is in one of the big rooms further down the cave (need loc ?) and go back to Jen. He'll reward you with about 6g and a choice of 3 different bracelets (one with +INT, one with +WIS and the last with +AGI)
