This quest is given by Neezer Grund in The Baubbleshire after you complete the Nogginspark Reactors quest. It is part of the gnome racial series.

Neezer wil give you a survey of questions. This is an item called Neezer's Questions. Read it. You must then qusetion three people in The Baubbleshire:

Drundo Parn is at the Tavern (+883, -18.3, -442)
Remo Zigg in the Eastern Hills (+800, -1.115, -455)
Fillzer Fuzzle in the Eastern Hills (+820, -15.3, -451)

After speaking with them return to Neezer for your reward. He will then give you the Getting to Know Poko quest, which leads into the Forest Ruins series.

Neezer Grund likes to study people as well as machines. He has asked that I speak to a number of people around the Baubbleshire and ask them a series of questions. He has asked that I keep track of the first word they utter in response to the question and report only that data back to him. He has asked that I speak with Drundo Parn in the tavern, Remo Zigg hiding in the eastern hills, and Fillzer Fuzzle who is also probably in the eastern hills.

Stage 1

I need to read the series of questions that Neezer gave me. If I lose the questions I can always ask Neezer for another copy of them.

Stage 2

I need to question Drundo, Remo, and Fillzer.

Start:	I need to question Fillzer in the eastern hills in the Baubbleshire.

Stage 3

Now that I have all the answers for Neezer I will need to return to him.

Complete:	I have spoken with Neezer Grund.

I have returned to Neezer.

I have given Neezer the answers he was looking for.
