This quest is initiated by examining a Noise Complaint. This item is dropped randomly on monsters in Nektulos (Cackling Cadavers and Nerius Crabs confirmed).

Kill 12 Cackling Cadavers and you will be rewarded with coin and experience. Find some around -88.31, -0.58, 270.46
