After completing the Ending the Fury quest, Dunn Coldbrow will offer to craft you a tunic in exchange for hunting some orcs. Dunn Coldbrow only speaks barbarian (Halasian).

Kill ten Orcs in the Commonlands (any will do) and return to Dunn for your reward.
