Use the bells to head to Nektulos Forest.
Once there, head to the end of the docks and turn right.
At about 544.19, -0.32, -47.98 , Dread Pirate Bertsto will pop and attack you. Kill him.
Return to Gil McMartin at -923.36, -47.93, 13.84 in The Commonlands to complete the quest.

To earn esteem with the city of Qeynos, Gil McMartin has given me a bounty to execute. I must kill Dread Pirate Bertsto near the docks in Nektulos Forest. The Pirate is guilty of sinking at least fifty seven Qeynosian supply ships.
