Kill Brokenskill pirates until you find:

Mildred's fan (on a Brokenskull officer)
Mildred's whirly gig (on a Brokenskull deckhand)
Mildred's displacement arm (on a Brokenskull mate)
Mildred's extraction pincers (on a Brokenskull swabber)

Once you have done this quest you may use Mildred's services.

Complete:	I have found Mildred's fan on a Brokenskull officer.

Start:	I need to find Mildred's whirly gig.
Complete:	I have found Mildred's whirly gig on a Brokenskull deckhand.

Start:	I need to find Mildred's displacement arm.
Complete:	I have found Mildred's displacement arm on a Brokenskull ogre.

Start:	I need to find Mildred's extraction pincers.
Complete:	I have found Mildred's extraction pincers on a Brokenskull swabber.

I have found Mildred's missing parts.

Stage 2

I need to return these parts to Mildred so that she can be repaired.

Start:	I need to visit Mildred at U.J.L.
Complete:	I have visited Mildred and given her the parts.

I have returned the parts to Mildred so she can be repaired.

I have returned Mildred's missing pieces, and she is now capable of fixing my gear.
