This quest is given by Mooshga at the West Freeport Gates ( -474.36, -45.97, -346.61 ) after you complete the Crack Pot quest.

You must collect 10 essences from Wisps in the Commonlands. They are found in the trees north of the Crossroads.

Bring them to Mooshga for some coin, experience, and some wisp tofu.

Completing this quest will open up the Rhino-rific quest.
