The Cackling Cadavers are found just pass the barriers on the right hand side of the road after crossing the bridge from the commonlands into Nektulos Forest. -319.67,-.04,79.48
Needed to kill 20 to get the eight required items.

You do not have to kill * dragoon Patrolmen more like 180..... u have to get them to drop the jewlery item he wants you to collect 8 Jewelery items and i have found them to be a rare drop. Killed 145 so far and I have 5 pieces.

This quest seems bugged or maby a level limit but they usually dont give you choices if you are not of the required level. After completeing 2nd part of the quest I was givin a choice to continue . But all choices just shut down the conversation.

I've now "volunteered" to go back to the Nektulos Forest and find some jewelry on the undead remains of the Dragoons that haunt the forest. I think I'm safer not asking Targok why he wants this. He did, however, say that when I'm done doing that, he'll pretend he never saw me.

Stage 1

I need to hunt down the undead patrolmen that wander the forest in hopes they have actually have some jewelry on them.

Start:	I need to destroy cackling cadavers until I find eight pieces of jewelry.
Complete:	I've found eight pieces of jewelry on the cackling cadavers.

I've managed to find a total of eight different pieces of jewelry on the dragoon patrolmen.

Investigator Targok and his fellow officers are the some of the most corrupt law enforcement agents I've ever come across. Even though I collected all of the jewelry he told me to get, I'm still not free to go. At least I kept one piece of it for myself.
