NOTE This quest involved crafting using the geocraft skill. You'll need a small amount of cash and some Tier 2 crafting supplies, see below.

I must fashion necessary pieces of the Ulteran Spire as directed by one of the Quellithulian Portal Engineers. Once I have completed my task, I will need to return what I made to the engineers, so that they can properly apply what I created to the broken Ulteran Spire.

Steps

When you accept the quest, you are given the recipe scroll Spire Engineering Materials, Volume One. You will need to re-scribe the scroll each time you start the quest anew. There are multiple an Ulteran synthesis stations around the broken spires. This is where you will do your crafting. The supply chandler at the spires will sell any merchant purchasable supplies. Quanities listed below is for making all six of the combines, assuming no failures. You will be asked to create one of the three recipes, all listed below.

• I need to make six Woven Ether Bindings.
• 6 ethereal threads (sold at merchant, total cost of 28s, 80c )
• 6 salty loam
• 6 rough turquoise
• 6 tuber strand
• 18 cedar incense (sold at merchant, total cost of 4s, 32c )

• I need to make six Infused Kaborite Cells.
• 6 raw kaborite (sold at merchant, total cost of 28s, 80c )
• 6 electrum cluster
• 6 tanned leather pelt
• 6 rough turquoise
• 18 brown coal (sold at merchant, total cost of 4s, 32c )

• I need to make six Rune Inscribed Sheets.
• 6 inscribing pattern (sold at merchant, total cost of 28s, 80c )
• 6 electrum cluster
• 6 tanned leather pelt
• 6 iron cluster
• 18 brown coal (sold at merchant, total cost of 4s, 32c )

• I should return these to the Chief Portal Engineer at the spire.
