WARNING: Completing this quest will make you an Exile and rejoining a city will reset all of your abilities to Apprentice!

Gorowyn citizens who wish to betray the side of evil can speak to Ambassador Zelzekla at 2755, 86, 1269 in Timorous Deep. She will warn you of the consequences of betrayal and then send you to find a disreputable boatman.

Speak to a disreputable boatman on the docks at 2329,14,1402 . He will complete this quest, and transport you blindfolded as an Exile to Haven.

You are now free to raise your faction with the city of your choosing.
