This quest is only offered to players who have decreased their faction so much with the Othmir of Velious that they cannot receive their normal quests.

Speak to Woef at -1194, -536, 3280 in Eastern Wastes to begin this quest.

  1. Kill the Yha-lei fishmen on the beaches southwest of Nipik's Haven.
  2. Return to Woef in Nipik's Haven.

I really messed up my faction with the othmir people. The only way to prove myself is to kill Yha-lei fishmen again and again until I am forgiven.
