The one listed in the quest (-44.74, 158.29, -192.48) worked for me. You have to climb up a wall in the little alleyway. The door is up top. You have to use the knocker to enter it.

Currently attempting this one, but apparently if you Feign Death when fighting the last guy you end up bugging it. I can't attack the last guy anymore and he keeps following me around.

I was forced to FD him as he argoed me right after I had killed the last two argo mobs in the last room, already used mend and he was one level above me: basically didn't want to risk it.

Here comes the important information that you where looking for:

inside:
Kill 3 double mobs and 3 single mobs

Immediately after you kill the last a your level +1 (no arrows) homeowner will run to your position and attack you (regardless of where in the building you are and even if you have invis).It seems like he spawns in first room and runs up to the bedroom.

This is probably the hardest part as you will not have time to regen between the fights.

Once you kill the homeowner the quest will update

Actually, I did once get a chest not only filled with coin but also an advanced artisan scroll. I'm guessing that is a bit rare in the instances since its only happened once out of the TONS of the tears grifter quests ive done.

I think a few people are missing the point of these instances. It is reasonable xp and you get chest drops from each mob albeit the chests only hold money. The icing on the cake is the faction tokens you win. Just remember NOT to select the court you are seeking faction with....choose one of the others!

you are trying to save the majdul cortesan in the back room. all mobs were 2-3lvl below my single down on all of them. homeowner was even lvl single down.

Yeah totally just did this quest for the first time. Level 51 Shadowknight. Ran all the way to back room and FDed... Mobs ran away and I killed the one group of 2 mobs both down arrows. House owner spawned. Killed him and got update.

Point is. You don't have to kill everything, just last set of aggro mobs in last room.

House is found at -44.74, 158.29, -192.48 (north end of town). Kill four sets of aggro mobs and the homeowner will spawn and aggro you. Kill him and get the quest update.
