You have to go through the portal in the temple of life to get to Ian Turner. Waypoints don't work because they would take you out past the gate to Antonica.

Lord Mrallon is located just north of the Tom of Lord Tonmerk instant. Take stairs to upper part of room. (+236, +1, -156)

This quest is initiated by examining "A Burial Shroud". This item is dropped by Ayamia, the Rat Queen in Vermin's Snye.

You must first take this shroud to an Priest Ian Turner in the Temple of Life in North Qeynos (+10, -4, -7).

You then must place it in the grave of Lord Mrallon in Vemrin's Snye. This is the grave with the green carpet leading to it, just north of the Tomb of Tonmerk instance (+236, +1, -156).

I've discovered a burial shroud on one of the denizens of the catacombs. It seems to me that the best way to go about taking care of this is to speak with the priests of life, for they often place bodies down here after the spirit leaves the husk behind.

Stage 1

I need to take the burial shroud I found to the Temple of Life.

Start:	I need to speak with the priests of life.
Complete:	I've spoken with the priests of life.

I've spoken to the priests of life about the shroud.

Stage 2

I need to place the burial shroud back on the tomb of Lord Mrallon.

Start:	I need to place the shroud on the tomb.
Complete:	I've placed the shroud on the tomb.

I've placed the shroud back on Lord Mrallon's tomb.

As I replaced the shroud over the tomb of Lord Mrallon, it faded quickly into nothingness. It seems as though it was enchanted to prevent dust and decay from entering the coffin.
