This is a sabotage quest given by Gil McMartin at -923, -48, 14 in The Commonlands. All of these quests take place in the Freeport Districts (Big Bend, Longshadow Alley, Scale Yard, Temple Street, Beggar's Court and Stonestair Byway).

The quickest method to reach the districts is by using the city bell on the docks in The Commonlands. You can use the city bell on the docks of the districts to travel from one to the other or use the grate connections in The Thieves' Way.

You have 20 minutes to gather 1 bucket of pig slop, usually around the dock areas of the districts. You are then given 20 more minutes to spread it on 5 buckets of fresh fish, which are reported to be random spawns around the shops.
