Capru asks you to make a dream catcher.

Scribe Snowfang Dreamcatcher Recipe. Collect your ingredients.

Right click the spiderling Ktlk and select "gather silk" to receive two Crystalline Spiderling Silks.

Make the dreamcatcher at a Sewing Table. (While there's a sewing table in Thurgadin, I found it quickest to fly back to Matthew at Icy Fingers.)
Return to Capru. He asks you to come back later (23 hr timer).
Capru tells you he's been testing you and gives you a young Gryphon.

Use your Gryphon Call and select one of the dialogue items for one of five quests to help you raise your gryphon from a pet to a mount.

When I returned to Capru with the news that the snowfang shamans do indeed have a way of catching dreams, he asked me if I would obtain one for him. I offered to make him one.

Stage 1

I will need to ask the crystalline spiderlings near Capru for a strand of spiderling silk.

I followed the directions that Ruffin gave me, and made a dream catcher for Capru to try. He was eager to test it out and did not seem to want to talk to me further right then, but he told me to return later if I wished more work. When I returned, he explained that his previous tasks have been testing my reliability, patience, and compassion for animals. It seems that I passed these tests, as he has entrusted me with the care of a young gryphon, explaining that as his village is currently under threat from the Order of Rime, some of them feel it would be safer for some of the young gryphons to be cared for by trusted outsiders like myself.
