You can to do each city's Decoration Additions quests one time each.

Gutten Gigglegibber, found near the Sylvan Hunters at 219,76,441 , wants you to help decorate Kelethin and in return he will "sell" you one of his frosted Frostfell trees.

He gives you a bag of Kelethin Frostfell decorations.

  1. Locate three places, marked by green shinies, to decorate.
    • On the Granite Hills Acorn Lift platform ( 126,94,411 )
    • On the platform just up from the Kelethin First Regional Bank, in front of Lyyti Eloranta ( 345,109,137 )
    • On the Kelethin Central Stump ( 321,92,336 )
  2. Place a final decoration
    • Far Residential Aerie, Aerie Sajlen platform ( 413,111,501 )
      • After you place the final decoration our old friend Mr. McScroogle will attack you! You may need to be less than cheerful with him.
  3. Return to Gutten Gigglegibber to claim your tree ticket.
    • NOTE: For Fae, from Far Residential Aerie, if you go up to the higher-rent homes, then southeast to the edge, you can glide down to The Sylvan Hunters platform.
  4. Click the large tree like you would a merchant and "buy" your frosted tree from the tree.

Additional lighting and decoration choices on your frosted tree are unlocked by completing the quest, A Frostfell Favor.
