i finished all rikantus quests, got 'whispers of fortune', and now bridge doesn't update, and it doesn't give me 'calling in the forest' quest...any ideas on how to continue?

I think this quest is bugged or no longer exsists, i don't get any option to start it, he just stops after The Hidden Riddle, maybe it's unavailable after Nektropos Castle access is done or something :(

If you have done the A Calling in the Forest quest you will not need to do this quest nor will you be able too. You get your weapons and reward after you complete The Hidden Riddle Quest.

I think I an as same as Kroduuk.
When I finished The Hidden Ribble, he gave me some money and 2 weapon to choose, and I can't do any quest from him now.

Rapier is +6agi +5str +21 h+p

Staff is +5int +3agi +5str +3wis +28h +36p

both req 150 in rapier and staff respectively and cap at 180

Currently I am stuck and cant progress on this quest.
I finished or had the "A Call in the forest" quest before I received this whisper of Fortune quest.
So, when the quest asked me to goto the bridge, I got nothing happen anymore and now I cant progress to the next part of quest and dont know what to do with it now (except delete it).

It seems if you have not done the Calling in the Forest quest, you get no reward for completing The Hidden Riddle, and it sends you to Whispers of Fortune. If you have already done the Calling in the Forest and been to Nektropos, then it gives you the reward choices at the end of Hidden Riddle, since there is no need to complete Calling in the Forest. At least that is what it looks like.

In Reply to Kroduuk: I too as well as 3 other guild mates completed the Nek Castle update prior to Hidden Riddle quest. Unfortunately for us when we got the quest we did not get the option for weps rather our quest is still stuck. Anyone have any thoughts?

Hm..this is strange. I had access to the castle before i started with Rikantus Quests.
Now i just finished the Hidden Riddle, went back to him and he told me about Nektolus, but i only had 2 alternativs to answer. One ended the Conversation as usual and the other was
"I have seen the Horrors of Nektolus and Nekropus, i shall never return."
Then Dialogue ended and he gave me some silver and 2 weapons to choose from. The Staff of Rikantus und the Blackfire Rapier,...Without being in Nekropus at all.
So i guess thats the end of the line.

The Blackfire Rapier
Nektropos Maul x2 (great hammer - gives 2 of them, don't know why)
Staff of Rikantus

all of em cap at 36. Rapier replaced my dagger of the spurned.

The bridge you are sent to investigate is the bridge leading to the Commonlands zone. Once you get there the quest will update and tell you to answer the calling in the forest. This is as simple as finishing the Calling of the Forest access quest to Nektropos Castle. Once you complete it the quest will update telling you to follow the path of the fortune hunter. Unfortunately it is very unclear about how to do this. However once inside the castle if you simply follow the Fleshbound Tome Speaks Again quest steps and end up at the door to the Maltus Everling room the quest will update. I dont think you HAVE to follow the tome steps however, I'm pretty certain you simply need to get to the door. Which also means you dont actually have to kill the guy inside. Once you arrive at the door you can go back to Rikantus and he will give you access to the treasure chest that sits behind him. Inside you will have a choice of 3 weapons. Unfortunately for me, none were particularly good for a monk.

Ok, finished The Hidden riddle quest and Started Whispers of Fortune. First it wants you find a bridge. What its asking for is the bridge that goes to Commonlands I'rais Bridge (Loc -287, +195) You get an Update and it Starts "A Calling of the Forest" quest for access to castle. That quest and walk through are listed on this site. For a fourth level quest I was pretty dissapointed but If you can't get the trigger for the castle quest I guess it's another way around.

Recently made a post for the Whispers but turned out that the quest did not finish. After the bridge you have to see the Nomad near the bridge, he gives you a book which triggers A Calling of the Forest quest. The whispers of Fortune now states to Follow the path of the fortune hunter. Still working on that one.
