If you would like to move to Gorowyn, all you need do is speak with Ambassador Brutus at -79, -37, -4 in East Freeport or Ambassador V'Nox at -496, 23, 206 in Neriak to start the paperwork.

Next, travel to Gorowyn in the Timorous Deep and present your papers to Ambassador Zelzekla at 2755, 86, 1269 to become a citizen of Gorowyn.

You can use the World Bells in Freeport to travel directly to Timorous Deep.

As Freeport, Neriak and Gorowyn are all of evil alignment, this is all that is required. No loss of class or skills is involved.
