The 3 mobs can spawn at the locs given, I've found all the spots can be are PH's. The a collection prognosticator's can be found below in the big sprockets in the valley below.

I need to return to Plinka Fiddle.

Start:	I need to return to Plinka Fiddle at Gnomeland Security Headquarters.
