Return to Lanielle, atop the Swan Stairs.
Find a way to access the Chapel of Love.

You need to destroy all of the named mobs in the zone to unseal the door (Thane-Malach, Woefulness, Willowmeena and Valoron the Just).

Venture into the Chapel of Love and remove whatever is tainting the shard from within.

The source of the taint is none other than Mithaniel Marr (yellow ^^^ Heroic), the sorrowful, mourning the death of his Twin. You must defeat him in battle to snap him out of his depression so that he will release his twin's spirit to go wherever it is that gods go when they pass on from this realm.

Lanielle, one of Erollisi's three eternal protectors, has realized that the Shard of Love is not what it once was. Grief and anger have taken hold of her, just as it has the rest of the plane. She knows something has happened to Erollisi but she cannot recall exactly what.

Stage 1

Lanielle suggested I speak with the two other eternal protectors within the Shard of Love.

Start:	I should see what Arawen can remember.
Complete:	Arawen could recall even less than Lanielle.

Complete:	Gwestanna knows no more than Lanielle.

I spoke with Gwestanna and Arawen, but neither of them knew any more about Erollisiâ€™s fate than Lanielle.

I should return to Lanielle now that I have spoken with the two other eternal protectors within the Shard of Love.

Stage 4

Lanielle, one of Erollisi's three eternal protectors, has tasked me with removing whatever is tainting the shard from within the Chapel of Love.

Complete:	I confronted Mithaniel, who, in time, saw the errors of his ways and released Erollisi's essence to the universe.

Mithaniel Marr, Erollisi's twin brother, had sealed the Goddess of Love's essence in a magical casket upon finding her slain within the Plane of Valor and returned the goddess to her plane in honor of her memory, and to allow the occupants of Love, her dedicated worshipers and protectors, the right to mourn her. But that had been a long time ago. Keeping Love's spirit hostage, even unwittingly, and overwhelming the plane with sorrow and righteous anger has tainted the population, while the plane has been allowed to dip into disrepair. Perhaps, now that he has seen the error of his ways and released her essence, the Shard of Love can heal.
