I found the necklace at the same place as Lynaria. Have been gathering tonns of wind swept stones but no update so far. (However in the process found 3 Palladium clusters....).Quite dissapointing quest, waste of time really. Not sure if I will ever finish it.

have yet to get even one update for junk reward ...but it's still green...sigh...thinking to just delete ....but convirming get the quest updates of no quest item found off the mobs described above ..not off piles of windswept rocks

I found the necklace from a siren in Thundering Steppes. I was able to kill alabaster golems in The Caves (the outlying Qeynos area) and found the turquoise stones needed for quest. The reward is a dissapointing piece of jewelry, meant for a much lower level character when comparing it to the quest con color. Will send a screenshot if I didn't already delete/sell it.
