Kill Shin'Ree orc skeletons outside of The Wailing Caves. Harvest 5 blood-stained finger bones that drop from their corpses. They do not drop every time and are hard to target - try using the tab key to target them for harvesting. When you have all five, Return to Ventar for coin, your choice of items, and the next quest (Returning to Captain Feralis).

Ventar says that a bloodied Shin'Ree orc hand is the only way to open the Shin'Ree treasure. He says I need to collect the bloody finger bones of the undead orcs outside of the Wailing Caverns so that we can use them to open the box.

Stage 1

I need to collect the bloody finger bones of the Shin'Ree orcs from outside the Wailing Caves in the Commonlands.

Start:	I need the blood-stained pointer finger of an undead Ree orc
Complete:	I have the blood-stained pointer finger.

Start:	I need the blood-stained middle finger of an undead Ree orc
Complete:	I have the blood-stained middle finger.

Start:	I need the blood-stained ring finger of an undead Ree orc
Complete:	I have the blood-stained ring finger.

Start:	I need the blood-stained little finger of an undead Ree orc
Complete:	I have the blood-stained little finger.

Start:	I need the blood-stained thumb of an undead Ree orc
Complete:	I have the blood-stained thumb.

I have collected enough bloody finger bones to make a hand and unlock the Shin'Ree treasure box.

Stage 2

Now that I have done as he asked, I should return to Ventar.

Start:	I need to return to Ventar
Complete:	I have spoken with Ventar.

I have spoken with Ventar.

The Shin'Ree "treasure" was an earring and something called "The Code of the Shin'Ree." Ventar was quite disappointed, but still believes he can sell it to get some money. He gave the earring to me.
