As you enter the Stormhold and work your way down onto the main floor, in the back of room where sentries and tainted souls are, go into the "cubbie" and it is a post looking thing. Just inspect it and choose the option to "put the souls into the..." etc. :)

This quest is initiated by reading the plaque at -15, 9, -126 in Stormhold.
You must kill 50 life leeches and collect their skins.
Afer killing the life leeches you must return to the Shrine of Karana (the plaque where you received the quest) for your reward.
